The weather was again nice and cool, and we got up early to run our 3 miles.  We started at the History Museum in Forest Park in St. Louis and ran 1.5 miles out and back.  Enjoying Ted Drewes after a long run The trail is flat for the first mile, then the 1/2 mile is all incline until you turn around and run the opposite direction.  This was my best run so far in training! I ran in under 11 minutes per mile.  I love this trail!

Lindsey and I were so thrilled with our results, we stopped by the historic and ever so popular Ted Drewes in South City for a frozen custard, then we drove around some familiar places before heading back for a shower and a belated birthday party for us with my family in House Springs, Missouri.
