I’m not sure what’s the purpose of these accounts, but they’re bizarre yet funny. I find myself following them because through all my feeds, friends, news, and social marketing tips, catching a tweet from @AngryMime’s outlook on life with silent outbreaks of “!!!!!” make you think, “You know what, he’s right!” So, here’s my list. Worth a follow?
@AngryMime – this guy (or gal) expresses rage sporadically, sometimes directly at people. Not sure if it’s from watching a sporting event, or just dealing with the loss of a voice.
@common_squirrel – Just living the life of a squirrel I suppose. Nice to see he gets the acorn every now and then–SCORE
@big_ben_clock – This clock rings every hour, on the hour. Still trying to figure out what time zone it bongs from. Most likely set to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
@startrkplant – Tweets that it needs water, or is thankful for water. Don’t know if the user name means “Star Trek Plant”, “Start RK Plant”, or “Starter Kit Plant”. But it hasn’t tweeted since June 2008, so it’s pretty clear it’s dead.
@PiMPY3WASH – Some college dude hacked a washing machine so that it tweets every time it finishes a load of laundry. No more hanging around in the dorm basements guarding your cheap tees either.
@TheMime – although not as outraged as @AngryMime, he still has a few things not to say.
