Mine was hardly spinning either, and is no longer under warranty. I removed the brush, removed the thick circle of hair and gunk that was there, and presto! Roomba's whiskers are spinning again. My brush was apparently TOO BIG as it didn't fit in smoothly, but I thought nothing of it. What was happening was the plastic was rubbing together, heating up and freezing the brush from spinning. We had been taking it apart, cleaning it out, and trying everything.... I had even tried a different brush but it did the same thing. But, when I tried ANOTHER new brush it was slightly smaller and didn't jam. She's running right now and seems to be fine. ANOTHER BIG THING….is change out the brush.
