For me, I kept it low key this year, since my iPhone’s screen had a short in it over the weekend, which turned it into a paperweight at the worse times. After hours of frustration, I headed to the Apple Store on Sunday and made an appointment with the Genius Bar (which is so weird to actually say out loud), and they were able to get me in just before the store was closing at 6:00pm. I was able to replicate the problem, and after a restoration of the old phone, they realized it couldn’t be fixed, so they swapped it out with a brand new one.

I was thrilled to have my mobile life back. That to me was worth skipping some football watching. I did see Madonna and her team of musicians during halftime, and I was impressed by the entire performance. I did check in on GetGlue and posted a couple tweets.
